Diary 11/18/14

The cold snap that has hit the middle of the country hard and north of us, as well,  finally arrived here. It has been 21 degrees the last two mornings after barely getting 32 so far this fall. I have covered a couple things to see if I can protect them for a little while longer, but at 21 they are giving up. Ah well, it is high time.

Speaking of time, thyme, the ice was stuck to every edge of this thyme plant this morning, so beautiful. Not sure if photo really shows it~
