Garden Girl asked me how many days until Christmas yesterday. I told her, "Six more days," excitedly. She answered, "It is taking FOREVER!"

This is Dolores. She is friendlier than any chicken I have ever owned. I think perhaps she was a pet when she was little. I am sending her picture to her previous owner with a Christmas greeting. She thinks the door decorations might make a wonderful nesting spot...
