Christmas present

My Amaryllis finally bloomed.  It was a Christmas present that took awhile to get to me and then took awhile to plant.  So, for President's Day, it bloomed, kinda tall and lanky as the sun wasn't that great in that spot, but gloriously red, nonetheless.I am also the proud mother of some peas.  The first germinated seeds of 2013.  I planted another succession, but just short little rows, not full beds, mind you. Here I go!
